Durant-Durant brings in the experts for each part of a creative project. When developing a large scale creative project, we work closely with subcontractors and manufacturers. We begin hands-on at the concept phase and stay hands-on all the way through to final installation.

About Ed Durant
Ed Durant has lived a creative life. He grew up at his father’s side in the family woodworking shop in Augusta, GA. Ed is a self-taught craftsman and a facilitator of excellent design. Through the years, he has pursued a broad spectrum of creative endeavors including design for furniture and toys, logo development for sailing regattas, interior planning, and a vast array of commercial and residential projects.
Ed is best known as previous owner of The Frame Shoppe & Gallery, the acclaimed custom picture framing and art gallery on Walton Way. As the owner for 30 years, he expressed his most creative talent with customized framing layouts to accommodate any piece of art, memorabilia, and cherished personal items. Ed also curated the art selection for commercial and residential needs from artists across the country. Creating large-scale creative installations is his latest adventure.
